Job Title: Mover / Packer
Location: Spring TX 

Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Movers/Packers. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the packing, loading, and unloading of furniture and household goods from trucks into residences and other locations.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently load and unload furniture, boxes, and other items from moving trucks

• Pack and wrap items securely to prevent damage during transit

• Move heavy items using appropriate equipment such as dollies, straps, and pads

• Follow instructions from team leads or supervisors to ensure timely and safe moves

• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with customers at all times

• Inspect items for damage before and after transport

• Keep trucks and equipment clean and organized

• Follow safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to 75 lbs) on a regular basis

• Comfortable working in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Punctual, dependable, and professional appearance

• Prior moving or packing experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

• Varies depending on job assignments—must be flexible with start and end times

Work Environment:

• Indoor/outdoor settings, including residential homes, apartments, and office spaces

• Exposure to weather elements depending on the location
