Production Supervisor
Client of Express Employment Professionals currently hiring for a:
Production Supervisor
Hours: M-F 6:30-5:45 pm
Pay rate: $20-$25 DOE
Additional Benefits after probationary period
JOB DUTIES:
- Oversee and assist 3-6 technicians
- Train technicians on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Develop daily schedules for technicians
- Review daily production schedule and coordinate any changes
- Read and review work orders and drawings for accuracy
- Inspect urethane parts for quality control
- Ensure that daily quotas are met
- Shut Down Facility following proper procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent Attendance a must! Minimum 2 years manufacturing supervisor experience preferred
Lift/Carry up to 50 lbs
Walk/Stand/Stoop/Bend for 8-10 hours/day
Work well in a team environment
Good communication
Follow guidelines & procedures
Attentive to detail
Reliable transportation
High School diploma or equivalent
Pre-employment drug and background screening
