Customer Service
Client of Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for an individual to provide world class customer service while helping maintain business wellness
M-F 8am-5pm
$15.50
Job location: Magnolia Tx.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails and voicemails
- Take phone payments and setting up customer accounts in Quickbooks and RouteOptix
- Provide service information to customers
- Research required information using available resources
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints
- Route calls to appropriate resources
- Work in Excel folder to schedule the delivery of containers and removing/adding addresses to the collection reports
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Stuff envelopes and assist with auto pay each quarter
- Check collection reports
- Other duties as assigned, such as printing collection reports, delivery sheets, and print requests if someone is out
Qualifications:
- Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Great communication skills
- Great Phone Etiquette
- Ability to keep up with a fast paced work environment/be able to multitask
- Ability to keep a positive attitude
