Field Manager - Pizza Oven & Equipment Manufacturing

Position Overview

Drive revenue growth for a leading manufacturer of pizza ovens and commercial kitchen equipment serving pizzerias and restaurants. This role combines field sales activities with office-based operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing
• Build and maintain relationships with pizzeria owners, restaurant chains, and distributors
• Provide technical consultation on oven selection and kitchen equipment
• Prepare sales forecasts and maintain CRM records
• Collaboration with production team on custom equipment requirements
• Work both in the field, visiting clients and in the office

Required Qualifications

• Equivalent experience
• 3+ years B2B sales experience (foodservice or pizza equipment exp.)
• Proven track record meeting sales targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and commercial cooking equipment
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office
• Ability to travel a few days per week
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with commercial ovens or pizza equipment
• Existing relationships in restaurant/pizza industry
• Technical knowledge of gas, electric, and wood-fired ovens

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $4,000 per month ($48,000 annually)
• Commission: 5% on net value of products sold
• All travel expenses paid by company
