Job Order: Parts Sales Coordinator
Pay Range: $15–$20 DOE

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Parts Sales Coordinator to manage parts sales, inventory, and customer/vendor relations in an office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process parts requests through over-the-counter and phone sales
• Manage inventory and perform data entry for parts, orders, purchasing, and receiving
• Purchase, expedite, and ship parts
• Assist with physical inventory counts and reconcile invoices
• Maintain parts area and warehouse, ensuring organization and cleanliness
• Support service and sales departments as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of counter sales experience
• Experience with electronic parts inventory systems
• Strong clerical and organizational skills
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of construction machinery
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
• Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required

Working Conditions:

• Office environment, with standard business hours
• Some travel and occasional exposure to noise, fumes, or mechanical parts
