Temporary Accounting Manager
Job Order: Temporary Accounting Manager ($35–$40/hour)
Position: Temporary Accounting Manager
Duration: 3 months
Hourly Rate: $35–$40
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager with advanced SyteLine software expertise for a temporary 3-month role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and reconcile financial reports, journal entries, and month-end statements.
- Process payroll tax, insurance, retirement deposits, and wire transfers.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and ISO-9001:2015 standards.
Qualifications:
- Advanced SyteLine proficiency required.
- Associate degree or 4–6 years of accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience preferred.
Details:
Hourly rate is $35–$40, based on experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
