Location: Houston, TX 77041
Pay: $18 - $20 per hour
Entry-Level Position

Job Summary

Support experienced glaziers in the installation and maintenance of glass systems in commercial and residential structures. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in the glazing trade.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist glaziers with installing windows, doors, skylights, and building facades
• Handle and transport glass materials safely to job sites
• Prepare work surfaces and maintain clean, organized work areas
• Support measurement, cutting, and fitting of glass components
• Help with routine maintenance and repair of existing glass installations
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required protective equipment

Requirements

• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work at various heights
• Willingness to learn glazing techniques and trade skills
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Basic understanding of construction safety practices preferred
• Must have experience with tape measures and basic tools
• Must have 2 years’ experience working in a shop environment.
• Must have knowledge of glass and glazing materials.
