Receptionist

Job Order: Receptionist

Position: Bilingual Receptionist
Pay Rate: $15/hour
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (1hour lunch)

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Perform data entry tasks
• Assist clients in person and over the phone
• Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
• Work in a law firm setting, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills 
• Basic data entry and computer skills
• Experience in a law firm setting is a plus, but not required
• Professional, welcoming attitude
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required
