Social Media Manager (Sales-Focused)

Location: Remote (with occasional travel for tradeshows)

Job Type: Part-time (4 hours/day)

Compensation: $20/hour + commission + performance bonuses

About the Role: It’s a fast-moving pizza oven manufacturer looking for a motivated Social Media Manager who can turn engagement into sales. This isn't just about posting—it's about generating real leads and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Generate customers and qualified leads through social media campaigns
• Respond quickly to DMs, comments, and inquiries
• Actively promote and sell commercial pizza ovens and accessories
• Track leads and follow up to close sales
• Travel to tradeshows to create content and engage with prospects
• Stay on top of trends, hashtags, and viral content strategies

Requirements:

• Proven track record selling products through social media
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Comfortable being on camera (reels, stories, live videos)
• Knowledge of social media trends and content that converts
• Able to travel by air for tradeshows
• Self-motivated and results-driven
