About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our solar panel manufacturing team. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for connecting parts for solar panel installation, including PV cables, junction boxes, and connectors. You will also be responsible for testing machines to ensure proper functioning and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and connect components for solar panel installation
• Operate machinery used in the solar panel manufacturing process
• Perform testing on machines to ensure proper functionality
• Follow safety procedures and quality control protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report any issues or defects to supervisors
• Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic understanding of electrical components preferred
• Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Chinese
• Experience in solar panel manufacturing
• Familiarity with PV cables, junction boxes, and connectors
• Basic troubleshooting skills
