Bilingual HR-Clerk
HR/Payroll Clerk – $17.00/Hour (Temporary Assignment)
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR/Payroll Clerk for a short-term assignment in a business casual office environment located in Tomball, TX 77377. This is a temporary assignment.
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and maintain employee information in Paychex software
- Create employee PIN numbers and assist with account setup
- Support HR processes such as onboarding and data management
- Maintain organized HR records and documentation
- Assist with general clerical tasks related to payroll and HR
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Experience with Paychex software (required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion
