Concrete Framework General Labor

Job Title: General Laborer – Concrete Formwork Yard
Position Type: Temp Assignment
Schedule: Monday – Friday 6:00AM-3:30PM
Location: Outdoor Yard Environment
Pay: $18.00/hr

Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to work in a concrete formwork yard. This position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and assisting with the handling, cleaning, and preparation of concrete forms and related materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, stack, and organize concrete forms and job site materials

• Assist with loading and unloading materials

• Remove debris and maintain a clean and safe yard environment

• Use hand tools and basic power tools as needed

• Follow safety procedures at all times

• Support yard team with general labor duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions

• Steel toe boots required

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly

• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and work physically throughout the shift

• Reliable transportation

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

• Construction or yard experience is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Continuous standing and walking

• Frequent heavy lifting

• Repetitive physical movement
