Building Maintenance/Forklift Operator

$18.00 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner/Forklift Operator to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment at our industrial facility while supporting warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and dusting throughout the facility
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Operate forklift to move materials, pallets, and products within the warehouse
• Load and unload trucks using forklift equipment
• Stack and organize inventory in designated storage areas
• Conduct pre-shift forklift inspections and report any mechanical issues
• Assist with warehouse organization and maintaining clear aisles and work areas
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisor

Requirements:

• Basic forklift experience required (certification preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and procedures
• Ability to multitask between cleaning and warehouse duties
