Production Trainee
Ceramic Production Trainee- $11.00/Hr
A local company in Conroe , TX is searching for a production trainee to assist in the company’s daily operations. This is a temp-hire position in a fast-paced environment and the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in production. Interested candidates, please send updated resumes to:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Ceramic Department as a Production Trainee. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing. You will work alongside experienced team members who will train you on essential production skills and machinery operation.
Summary of essential job functions:
- Operate grinding and drilling equipment
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Learn and perform additional ceramic production tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Assist with other department-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
