Production Supervisor

Location: Magnolia Tx. 
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 6:30 AM – 5:45 PM

• Friday: 6:30 AM – 5:45 PM or as needed (must be available Fridays)

• Breaks: 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks (10:00 AM & 3:00 PM)

• Hours: 40+ hours per week

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the manufacturing department, supervising a team of 3–6 technicians, and ensuring production goals are met safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as hands-on involvement in daily production activities.

• Supervise and assist 3–6 production technicians.

• Train technicians on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.

• Develop and manage daily work schedules for technicians.

• Review daily production schedules and coordinate any necessary changes.

• Read and review work orders and drawings for accuracy.

• Inspect urethane parts for quality control.

• Ensure daily production quotas are achieved.

• Perform facility shutdown procedures following proper guidelines.

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience (preferred).

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

• Forklift experience a plus.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to walk, stand, stoop, and bend for 8–10 hours per day.

• Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to follow company policies and procedures.

• Reliable transportation required.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Must pass a pre-employment drug and background screening.
