Mixing Machine Lead

Job Title: Mixing Machine Lead
Pay Rate: $18-$22

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 5:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Friday: As needed – must be available
• Includes a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks (10:00 AM & 3:00 PM)
• 40 hours/week plus potential overtime

A client of Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a Mixing Machine Lead. This is a leadership role in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Job Duties:

• Open the shop each morning (first to arrive)
• Supervise daily activities of 2–5 employees
• Load and pour liquid urethane into machine tanks
• Use HMI touch screen to program machine settings
• Monitor machine functions and production throughout the day
• Dispense material accurately per production prints
• Calibrate, clean, and perform routine maintenance on mixing machine
• Prepare production materials and molds
• Report to the Production Supervisor
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements:

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• English required; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Ability to walk, stand, stoop, and bend for 8–10 hours/day
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
• Mechanically inclined
• Comfortable using basic touch screen systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and excellent attendance
• Team-oriented with reliable transportation
• Must pass pre-employment drug and background screening
