CNC Lathe & Mill Machinist

POSITION: CNC Lathe & Mill Machinist

$27 per hour

• Operate CNC Lathe and Mill Machines.
• Monitor tool life and replace cutting tools as needed.
• Set-up machines
• Verifies wire diameter with a micrometer and caliper.
• Thread the wire through drive rollers and machine guides.
• Diagnoses problems and repairs.

 

Qualifications:

• 2 years’ experience with cold winding, hot winding, lathes, mandrels, CNC machines, etc.
• Understands blueprints and be able to use a variety of precision measuring devices.
• Detail-oriented.
• Must have basic math skills.
