Position Overview
Client of Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a Customer Service / Inside Sales Associate. This role involves supporting clients, managing sales inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and eager to grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person communication
- Assist with inside sales activities, including order entry and follow-up
- Utilize QuickBooks for invoicing, billing, and account management
- Maintain accurate records in Excel and other systems
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Support sales team with administrative and operational tasks
Qualifications
- Pay range: $16–$19 per hour, depending on experience
- QuickBooks knowledge required
- Proficiency in Excel and email communication
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
- Cabinetry industry experience is a plus
