A local company in Willis , TX is searching for a heavy equipment operator to assist in the company’s daily operations. Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator for a temporary position in Willis, TX. This role will begin as a heavy equipment operator position and later transition into general labor duties as project needs evolve.

Summary of essential job functions:

• Operate heavy equipment such as skid steer, bulldozer and excavator safely and efficiently.
• Perform general laborer tasks assigned once equipment operations duties are completed.
• Follow all site safety rules and company policies.
• Maintain equipment and report any maintenance or safety issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating a skid steer, bulldozer and excavator
• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
• Strong work ethic and attention to safety
