Machine Operator

Machine Operator - $15.00/HR

A local company in Huntsville is searching for a Entry Level Machine Operator with 6+ months of experience working outdoors or in shop environment. This is a seasonal position that can turn into temp-to-hire.  Interested candidates, please send updated resumes to:

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift
• Monday-Friday: 3PM-1:30AM (50+ hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Operating machinery: This includes computer-controlled systems for combining raw materials and producing finished goods. 
• Monitoring production: Observing and adjusting machinery to maintain optimal production levels and product quality. 
• Material handling: Loading and unloading materials, potentially using forklifts or other equipment. 
• Quality control: Ensuring the final product meets quality standards and specifications
• Housekeeping: Keeping the work area clean and organized. 

Skills & experience:

• Mechanical aptitude: A good understanding of machinery and how it functions
• Problem-solving skills: The ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. 
• Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in production processes and product quality. 
• Safety awareness: Following all safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment. 
• Experience: Some positions may require experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
