About the Role:
We are looking for a Process Technician - In this role, you’ll operate lab instruments, process samples, and ensure high-quality data for our customers. This hands-on position combines technical skill, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced lab environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments to process samples accurately and efficiently.
• Manage lab data using systems like LIMS, ADP, JIRA, and Microsoft Teams.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Troubleshoot instrument issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly.
• Support audits and maintain training documentation for quality compliance.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to improve processes.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and fine motor skills.
• Ability to multitask, perform repetitive tasks, and maintain a well-organized workspace.
• Attention to detail, effective time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Preferred: previous experience in a laboratory or production environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent sitting, walking, reaching, grasping, and lifting light to moderate weights.
• Occasional bending, stooping, and stair climbing.
• Frequent near vision, hearing, and repetitive motions.
