We are seeking reliable and respectful General Labor Associates to join our team. The primary responsibilities include tearing up carpet and carefully packing personal belongings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a respectful attitude toward others and their property.
Key Responsibilities:
Remove and dispose of old carpeting from residential or commercial spaces
Safely and efficiently pack personal belongings for storage or relocation
Label and organize packed items accurately
Handle all items with care and consideration
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow directions from team leads or supervisors
Communicate respectfully and effectively with team members and clients
Qualifications:
Previous experience in general labor, moving, or cleaning is a plus but not required
Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Willingness to follow instructions and company policies
Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
Respectful, trustworthy, and mindful of client property and team dynamics
Work Environment:
Fast-paced, hands-on work
Indoor residential or commercial job sites
May require occasional weekend or evening hours depending on client needs
